Introduction

We are locally owned and operated. We’re part of a national network of replacement window contractors, dedicated to offering solutions for homeowners who only want to do this once and are looking for a turnkey experience. Our local ownership has over 25 years of experience in replacement windows and doors. We’ve learned a lot over those years. One of the things we learned is that when it comes to windows and doors, there are premium options … and there are cheap options. Rarely do people actually want the cheap option (and by the way, even a cheap window project can cost thousands.) There may be a lot to like about premium windows and doors, but often there’s an affordability gap. What we found is that most homeowners are looking for windows that are premium AND affordable. And all of us as homeowners, whether we realize it or not, need to have them installed properly. Because … No matter how nice the window is, if it’s not installed right it’s going to give you trouble. So we’re dedicated to providing: Premium and affordable windows and doors … Installed right … By the right people … With a warranty you’ll love. And we stand behind it.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer monthly promotions, military discounts and event specials.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We set the appointment, meet the customer at an agreed upon time, sign an agreement to work together, have a professional measure and project manager, perform the installation and then follow up to make sure all of the customer's needs are exceeded.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Over 100 cumulative years of window and door replacement experience within our team.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We all worked for different large window and door companies and new there was a better way to provide premium and affordable window replacement without all of the huge marketing mark ups, delays and white glove customer service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types of people wanting to improve their homes. We work on single family homes, condos, apartments, manufactured homes and mobile homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Today we finished a 30 window project for a family who has been cold in their house for years. They are thrilled and keep remarking about how we never left their home looking like a construction site. They have 3 small children and the windows will make a great difference.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Listen and evaluate. There are lots of spins. Not all windows are good. And not all windows need to cost you a new mortgage. The key is that you get a great window, solid warranties and that the windows are installed properly. Many companies cut nail flanges off of windows to save on cost. This is a really bad practice in the northwest and will result in water intrusion. Many times, we are called in to redo a replacement where someone did this type of installation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What are you warranties? Show me please. How will you install the new windows? If they are going to cut the old window out, run. What U value does your IGU get to? (Insulated glass unit) anything greater than .31 should be walked away from.
