Our rate is $40 per person, one of the lowest in the area. However, we work as a team of two, so we complete jobs much faster than a single handyman. We highly value your time and efficiency. 🔹 Discounts: We offer special pricing for large projects. 🔹 Payment options: We accept all forms of payment, including credit cards, cash, checks, PayPal, and even cryptocurrency. We are experienced entrepreneurs with a strong background in construction and business. Back in our country, we worked on large-scale projects, including building houses, commercial spaces, and launching restaurants. This experience has given us deep knowledge of construction technologies and project management. Now, we have a small company here, handling projects ourselves or delegating tasks when needed. We always prefer face-to-face meetings to personally assess the scope of work. While we’re starting fresh in this country, our expertise remains strong, and we’re ready to take on any challenge!

We started in the construction industry years ago, working on major residential and commercial projects. Our background includes building houses, renovating spaces, and even launching restaurants. One of our most exciting projects was transforming a 485 sq. ft. loft space into a modern industrial-style office. We built a custom steel and glass mezzanine for a second-floor workspace, taking full advantage of the high ceilings. The walls featured concrete-style finishing, while the floors had stone-look tiles, creating a sleek and durable design. For lighting, we used large black industrial chandeliers, recessed lights, and innovative LED strips. A unique feature was a gypsum brick imitation—even if chipped, it remained red, making it look like real brick. The final touch was a laser-cut metal logo, painted black, perfectly complementing the loft’s modern aesthetic.
