Our rate is $40 per person, one of the lowest in the area. However, we work as a team of two, so we complete jobs much faster than a single handyman. We highly value your time and efficiency. 🔹 Discounts: We offer special pricing for large projects. 🔹 Payment options: We accept all forms of payment, including credit cards, cash, checks, PayPal, and even cryptocurrency. While we are flexible, we always appreciate cash payments. We operate under an LLC, ensuring all payments are handled officially, and we pay taxes. We’re flexible and always happy to work with you!

We built a custom steel and glass mezzanine for a second-floor workspace, taking full advantage of the high ceilings. The walls featured concrete-style finishing, while the floors had stone-look tiles, creating a sleek and durable design. For lighting, we used large black industrial chandeliers, recessed lights, and innovative LED strips. A unique feature was a gypsum brick imitation—even if chipped, it remained red, making it look like real brick. The final touch was a laser-cut metal logo, painted black, perfectly complementing the loft’s modern aesthetic.
