Introduction

We are a state approved electrical contractor , We perform commercial and residential services, electrical panel upgrades, electric car charging station, circuit breaker replacement, rewire , electrical inspection, troubleshooting and repair. Also we provide basic electrical training ,electrical safety training (70e) and consulting / assisting on your electrical projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing includes lifetime warranty on my work, so if there is ever an issue with the workmanship only, I will comeback a fix it for no charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I contact them by email or phone, come out to the job site and form an estimate, also it would be very helpful if the customer put additional information in the message box .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a background in electronics from military. then i went back to school to get my electrical contractor license. I also train electrician in basic electricity and electrical safety, I work part time for San Diego city college during the summer sessions to train entry level electrician.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

i started out working in electronics and then added electrical to my skill set

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers in all three types of electrical work residential, commercial and industrial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Customer wanted a car charger and outside outlet installed plus a sub panel inside the house with a dedicated outlets in each room for portable heaters or portable AC system. the project took two weeks

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are qualified to preform electrical work , the education to back it up along with a state license and give a guarantee on the workmanship.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask them what are their qualifications and can you get the final cost price in writing.we also give military and senior discounts.
