How did you get started doing this type of work?

One summer in high school I helped the electrician hook up our jacuzzi and I was hooked after that.

A recent one involving 2 outdoor outlets that I learned a new troubleshoot tactic from. Took about 3 hours.

Pick who you are comfortable with, don't just base it on price alone.

Watch videos on the task you are asking the PRO to perform so that you can kind of follow along and understand the process. It's hard to explain complex electrical concepts in a few seconds.
