What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are straight forward & itemize line pricing when possible. We do our best to not change pricing when we arrive to your property so there are no surprises.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We prefer to have a brief conversation over the phone so the process is quick & effective and we can answer all your frequently asked questions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have had training at various events including the F9, 2 day training event, as well as 5 years in experience & building relationships with power washing companies in San Diego.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was looking to start a good business with a low barrier to entry with the ability to scale and automate when I came across exterior cleaning. I did research on home service companies & began selling & knocking on doors in near by neighborhoods.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a full spectrum of customers, from big property management companies with multiple locations, luxury custom home builders, HOAs, restaurant managers, Government, & home owners across San Diego.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a job for a home owner who noticed our great google reviews and, scheduled a roof cleaning, rain gutter cleaning & driveway cleaning. They were happy with our service & told us about a job for their HOA which we submit the same evening

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I'd suggest 3 things. 1. Check out their website, read about the company & their values. 2. Cross checking their google profile with Thumbtack to see reviews and past jobs. 3. Give them a call to see if they're a good fit.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. What type of company do I want on my property. 2. Is the company just starting out or have they been around over 5 years? 3. Are they insured? 4. Do they take pride in their work
