Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Prices depend on job . Flat rates allow the customer piece of mind to know that I am not milking them by the hour and their new system was not rushed .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
After a new customer contacts me I like to have a phone conversation to make sure I get all the information needed. I will then offer my recommendation and set a time to install based on the customers need.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have worked and contracted for circuit city, firedog, mission audio, Bestbuy and many other outfits locally. I have mounted over 200 tv's and can do anything in audio/video, security, home automation or computer systems .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I love home theater . It is a true passion. The challenge of getting tough systems running and the satisfaction with a fully completed system running gives me a thrill.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types of customers are welcome . Business or personal , advanced or new to electronics.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently did a 4 tv system for a wonderful customer. We mounted on a fireplace , bedroom wall, kitchen and set his entertainment room up . The system also had sonos throughout the inside and outside of the house. It was a multiple day job that turned out amazing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I recommend referrals and portfolio pictures to make sure you are getting a quality installer. Too many times I walk into a home where a prior tech had done sloppy work. I never want that to be me!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Know what they want and their vision of a final product . This helps the installers know what to recommend and how to get it done.
