What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a $37 Service Call fee which covers travel to your home by a licensed and insured electrician with a fully stocked van. This charge does not include any work by the electrician and is waived when you hire us while we are on site during this visit. If we provide an estimate that you chose to schedule at a later date, that fee will be deducted from the work invoiced in the follow on appointment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Every customer gets a free Home Safety Check to ensure the electrical and related systems within their home are up to code and functioning properly and safely.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our electricians are licensed Electricians within the state of Colorado.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Electrical systems are vital to the modern home, with the push for electrification of more and more systems within the home, the need for high quality electricians that value outstanding customer service is what we're aiming to provide.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We focus primarily on residential service but can help with light commercials work as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have done 2 EV chargers in the month of Feb already!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure the electricians have both an Electrical Contractor's license for the business and the actual electrician doing the job is licensed as well.
