What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I’m fair in my pricing. I will give customer an estimate detailing the work that will be completed. Once we agree on the estimate and time of completion. Customer will pay the deposit to start the job and pay the balance upon completion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I make contact with customer and coordinate a time for me to come out and look at the issue. I discuss the property with the customer to get an understanding of what is needed to complete the job and what is wanted by the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been renovating residential properties for over ten years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was a contractor I grew up with tools in my hands

All kinds of customers everyone has a different temperament

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It was a small project. A customer reached out to me due to an electrician leaving several open holes in the walls exposing the wiring in the house. The holes weren’t that big and I wanted to match the paint and texture of the wall. I didn’t want to bring out the big machinery to complete such a small project. I completed the project in two days matched the paint and texture. Customer was happy that you couldn’t notice that he walls were fixed

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Know what you want and need. Don’t be afraid to ask questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should definitely ask how and when a project will be completed and options available
