What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

No, pricing is based on the job/ task at hand. I do not have a "one size fits all" business philosophy as wants as well as needs are different from person to person... for larger projects... I do require a 40% deposit in regards to labor and a 100% deposit in regards to supplies... this is totally dependent upon scope of project!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to find out the knowledge and appreciation of new customers in regards to their aspirations and needs; I have found that customers (both new and old) are much more appreciative when they are completely involved in not only monetary decisions but reasons [for] more importantly... a customer/client must be involved in every aspect of project and acknowledge any/all issues pertaining to!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

... an owner of a Vacation Rental needed immediate cleaning of a property [interior]! The current guests that checked in the night before were disgusted in the condition of the property. I thoroughly cleaned the property the next day as it was not cleaned prior to respective guests arrival; the respective guests as well as the property owner were more than satisfied!
