my pricing ranges from 25.00- 65.00 an hour depending on the types of projects. I also provide quotes based on project requirements.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process is simple. I always like to see what I am bidding on. That I find to be the best way. Nohidden surprises and an accurate quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the restoration and construction industries for over 15 years. A.M.R.T (applied mold remediation tech) C.R.T ( carpet repair and re-installation) O.C.T (odor control tech)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this type of work by helping friends and family throughout the years with various projects.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers from very difficult to easy going.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a recent project were a client told me I was to neat. That kind of through in a loop. I was never told that. She tells me I don't mind if its not perfect. My reply was Ma'am this is what I do and how I work. Overall client was extremely satisfied with the work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advise I would give is to not price shop. I over an Invaluable service. I go above and beyond on my project. I don't mind doing the little things to make sure my clients are totally satisfied with the project.
