I offer discounts when other services are bundled together. If I am helping complete multiple projects in your home the price is discounted!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process always starts with a text and a phone call. A meeting with the customer will entail a conversation to set expectations and pricing. Once everything is agreed, my goal is to provide fast and thorough service. Your satisfaction is my number 1 priority!

EPA Universal Certification, Certified Pool Operator, NATE Certification, 15 Years of Home maintenance,

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in the construction and home maintenance trades in 2007. After years of honing my craft and developing a wide range of skills from Plumbing to HVAC to Painting, I started my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers with budgets low and small. My goal is to work with you!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently a customer hired me to help set up their new home! We hung all of her televisions, put together unassembled furniture, installed new lighting fixtures and a variety of other projects! This was an all day job but at the end the customer was highly satisfied.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The first thing I'd look for as a consumer is "How well does this contractor communicate?". I pride myself on being responsive and open with my customers. My business model is you aren't buying a service, you are buying a result!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Having an idea of what you would like done is extremely important but also be open to suggestions 😅 I take directives from my clients 100% and also, if asked, give my honest opinions. Your satisfaction is most important to me and whatever path we take to get there is ok as long as the result makes you as the customer Happy!
