When you directly book with us there is a $75 service fee. If you accept our bid, this fee will be applied towards your total bid.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we work with a new customer, we reach out to you immediately to gather more information about your project. We schedule a time for our electrician to meet you on site to bid the job, and in most cases begin the work same day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our electrician has 23 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential, and holds a master license in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After obstaining a Bachelor's of Mathematics and working for a large insurance company, Nathan decided he wanted more than a desk job. He wanted a job that combined problem solving with helping others. He applied and was accepted to the direct entry program with the St. Paul Electrical Union which he apprenticed for five years. After obtaining his license, he worked as a union electrician for many years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

During Nathan's many years as an electrician, he has worked with a wide variety of customers: homeowners, business owners, commercial real estate owners, as well as many varied industrial projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In Nathan's experience, he has worked as both an electrician and an estimator. This has allowed him to be extremely adept at problem solving. He enjoys finding the solutions to customer's problems.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework. How experienced are they? Are they punctual? Do they complete their jobs in a timely manner? Reviews can tell you a lot about how someone does business. How well do they communicate with their customers? Find an electrician who will walk you though the process and carefully explain their bid. Don't be afraid to ask lots and lots questions. A good electrician will be happy to answer them.
