What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Well, in this case the prices are never the same for everyone. Let me explain in the price is included the gasoline, tolls, miles, tools you need for your installation and especially the distance. And it will also depend on the installation that the customer requires.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process is to provide you with a first-class service and meet your needs to perform a five-star installation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Well, as I said before, since I was a child, I liked this type of job since my father was a contractor in Puerto Rico and always on weekends, I went with him to do handyman jobs. And also in high school I took a course in industrial arts. But most of my time I learned it with my father.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Well, this type of work of assembling televisions on the wall, I started working as a certified technician for the Amazon company. But I have already come with a lot of experience from a very young age. Since I was doing carpentry, joinery, plumbing, electricity work with my father in Puerto Rico. I also gained experience working on projects of this type for my home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of customers, there are customers who like to pay for a good job, as there are also customers who like to haggle with your price. It all depends on the customer. But in the end you must understand that my price is for my experience and that you will receive a job of excellence.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my recent projects was to install 4 televisions with all the wiring inside the wall and an 86" TV with a sound bar system, additionally install a Samsung Frame and all look wonderfully. The client was very satisfied with my work and was completed in 4 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Well, one piece of advice I would always give to a client is to look for a person who knows what he is doing. Look for your reviews and see the work you have done for other clients. Also that they don't pay very little and much less very expensive, but many times customers look for people who charge them little and end up having bad experiences. As a saying goes, cheap is expensive, it is better to pay once for a first-class and five-star job.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Well, before contacting a professional in the field, they must make sure they are sure that they want to do the job. Find the right person and don't waste your time just by asking him what your price is. If you want a good job, never put a price on the person who is going to provide you with the service, remember they are professionals and charge based on their experience in the field and the tools you use and above all their knowledge in the industry.
