What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on simple mounting within a specific distance. Our price varies slightly if it is outside of our coverage area which we can determine upon having our first conversation. We will provide all the necessary labor and will assist in acquiring any additional material to complete the job the right way.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with having a conversation to determine what they re looking for in order to determine the best possible out come.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was trained by the leading industry experts in all possible systems and processes that are out and followed since 2014. Me and my team are constantly updating our credentials by keeping up with all training offered y manufacturers as they release new products.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was employed by one of the biggest security provider out. From there I proceeded to update my knowledge base as every opportunity presented itself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with home and small business owners that need our services.We work with contractors and home builders as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We installed full security system for a family of 4 before they moved in to their grandmothers all house. We installed their internet service and mounted all6 TV's to add to it. It took a whole day . When we were done the look on everyone's face was nice.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Have a conversation with all your professionals that you are about to hire.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Every project is different and as such all the components differ. Let the professional suggest a few things before you purchase any thing. Not all ,outs work for every TV and wall its being mounts on. Not all cameras systems are good some function better than others and might cost more in the long run. Be open to suggestions.
