What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$125 first the hour, $75 for subsequent hours + parts unless otherwise communicated. One way trip charge may apply in that billable time

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communication of work to be done and get expectations zeroed in as close as possible

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Idaho Journeyman’s License, up to date continuing education.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started wiring automotive accessories back in 1990. When cell sites were just in cars and huge phones and battery packs!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Fellow tradesman and professionals. Entry level builders to high end custom home builders. Friends and their families homes and businesses

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One particular residents was a friends parents. You know you’re doing something correctly when people refer to family members. They provided me a lot of work and have much more for me.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at the person or business and ask yourself this , “Would I send that person to my family members home?”
