What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer Same Day Service if available at no extra charge. For TV mounting, any additional TV mounted will be 50% off flat

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask them where do they want there new furniture, any specific request for example the wardrobe assembly how do they want their drawers layered out?, Do they want the desk drawers to be in the left or right hand side?, etc

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a current student of The Peterson School for my Journeyman Electrician License.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I first started assembling IKEA and one thing lead to another and now I do all type of brands. Referrals that I would get usually were non-IKEA furniture and also general mounting services, helping people/business pack there needs, etc.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and Commercial. I’ve done both.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I assembled a huge wardrobe with sliding doors from IKEA. It was the biggest one I’ve ever done and it took me about 6 hrs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

That they love what they do and have pictures of past jobs and reviews as social proof.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask the professionals if they are insured, which I do, if they have experience with the task needed. And if they don’t, nothing wrong on searching someone else. Personally I have received job offers that I have decline because I either lack man power or the skill sets and people have respected me more for my honesty and integrity.
