What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed by the State of Michigan to perform all tasks related to construction, maintenance, repair and restoration. We are licensed by the State of Michigan to perform asbestos abatement. We are E.P.A certified to work with lead containing materials. We are certified by the Institute for Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Remediation (Mold and Sewage). We are certified by G.A.F Materials Corporation, the worlds largest roofing material manufacturer and manufacturer of high quality building materials. We are certified by CertainTeed, Saint Gobain Corporation, a leading manufacturer of high quality building materials. Along with the noted and traditional college education, there are many more certificates, certifications and skill building events our tradesman have earned and attended in an effort to bring the most up to date skills and material knowledge to the public.

We work with residential, commercial, institution and industrial customers. We work with homeowner, landlord, property manager, in and out of town investor, historic district, school, government, factory, warehouse, bank and real estate owned, retail and more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First and foremost, qualify the contractor by obtaining and verifying the contractors license to perform your desired task and that the entity you would be signing a contract with is the license holder and do the same with their insurance policies, making sure that they have both General Liability and Workman's Compensation and that the policies are indeed active.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have they, overall, reasonably prepared themselves with readily available knowledge about their project and based on that knowledge are they prepared to invest the necessary time and resources needed to see the project through to fruition?
