What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For most projects we can provide a free estimate after receiving pictures of the project as well as other requested project specific information. For hourly work we charge $200 for the first hour and $120 per hour after that. Typical types of projects that would be billed hourly would be troubleshooting/repair work, on site consultations, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer we like to start the process out with getting some basic information about the project. Then, if possible, it can be very helpful if the customer can send us pictures of anything that would be relevant to the project. After that we may schedule a brief phone call to discuss the project in more detail. Depending on the project, we may be able to provide an estimate at this point or schedule an in person visit to gather more information.
