What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is straightforward. We charge $94.50 for the initial visit and $126.00 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, for residential customers. We have separate pricing for commercial, industrial, and agricultural services, which we can provide upon request. Please note that we apply a 4% processing fee for credit card payments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new client We first listen to their needs then educate them on our work flow and pricing. If they are satisfied we will move forward with working with one another.

I began my career in the electrical industry at the age of 15 by enrolling in an Electrical Trades program at my local county's trade school.

Remember the following text: "Don’t settle. There are many people who advertise that they do this kind of work. We have seen a lot of unsafe, low-quality work performed by individuals who claim to be professionals. Check the reviews and testimonials to verify a professional's portfolio and insist on a professional who is insured. Even experienced professionals have the potential to make a mistake, and if that happens, you want them to be insured to address the issue. Don’t fall for the "side hustle" excuse that many contractors use to avoid purchasing insurance."
