So a little about me; I earned my Associates degree from Ranken Technical College in 2001. There I gained my Missouri electrical certification and graduated third in my class. This 40 hour per week college taught me more than what’s in the books. It taught me valuable hands on skills and how to create the highest work ethic standard possible to pass on to you. I concentrate on doing jobs correctly the first time, on time, and all the time so I can usually get you booked in faster than busy bigger companies. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My rate is very fair! It’s no cost for my service call where I come out to give estimates on the work you are requesting. The service call is optional and is best used with larger projects. The most popular option is to hire me for the work without the service call and that is billed at $175 per hour ($175 minimum charge, if work is done). This rate is non negotiable and I do not charge by the minute within the first hour of work. After an hour it is charged in 15 minute increments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I do not run from the work, I run to the work! The same can be said for my customer relationships. I am positive, kind, and I listen to any and all concerns someone may have to address it properly. I will take this into consideration when doing my work to ensure you (my customer) will be the most satisfied possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I completed the Industrial Electricity and Electronics program at Ranken Technical College in 2001. I have 26 years total experience with all types of electricity (industrial, residential, and commercial) and for 16 years of my career I also did maintenance work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I discovered how interesting electricity was in a class I took my sophomore year in high school. I joined a trades program and wired houses my junior and senior year. The rest is history!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds! Aside from service calls, I have worked jobs as an electro/mechanical tech where I was on call with a radio for the entire shift repairing and troubleshooting equipment. I would sometimes even help the operator to assist in the repairs or run the machines. I’ve taken on every project that has come my way. I do not shy away from any challenge no matter how big or small. You will be pleased with my methodical, professional, safe, and crafty methods.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I replaced 60 switches and outlets to match a new color in their home. It took 10 hours to complete and the client is very satisfied!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheap rates and fast work is always a red flag!

Is this something I can complete safely and if so, will I feel confident that there will be no risks once it’s completed
