What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I like to take care of my customers. Our pricing is low and we are always fair in quotes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Listening to the needs of the customer, then giving an example of past work or a Styles E. idea of how to make it look amazing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to school in Sacramento Ca @ IBEW.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have 10 family members that are Electricians.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers ranging from commercial to residential. Customers that had a idea that we had to turn into real life, and customers that new exactly what they wanted and I did the installation for them.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

End of driveway lights (4) which took a full 2 days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

See pictures of their work, and pay close attention to the language used to explain their project plans.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Pricing, Timeline, Materials… These are the 3 main factors of a job … knowing what they want paints a picture for the professional to get the job done.
