What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are based on what I believe is the quality work you will be getting from me! I pride myself on my level of work, my ability to communicate and work with customers, and consistency. I will never bail on a job, and I will never take on a project i cannot handle. You will always get my best from me!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I introduce myself and start off with how I believe I may be able to assist them. Next I begin getting an understanding of what they want the outcome of my work to be and how we can reach that goal together!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have completed a 6 month residential construction and electrical course in order to bolster my knowledge and skills.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have done this sort of work on and off over the years! My Father was a General Contractor so I grew up with proclivity for working!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All different kinds! Mostly residential home owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently did an accent wall for a customer! I really enjoyed helping her choose the design that would match the look she was going for and her budget!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to ask any questions and clarify the scope of work you are wanting done! Do not leave anything you want specifically completed up in the air.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They need to be aware of the cost of materials and labor! It is good to have a general understanding of what a project may cost before reaching out to a professional.
