I am competitively priced. But always remember the difficulty of the job will reflect in the pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will have a conversation about what you’re looking for and what options best suit you and your family.I usually would like to come to the home and do an assessment on what do you want to be able to see and what you want to protect.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have electrical training from Lincoln Tech. And I have worked with companies like Att and Vivint for the past 10 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I initially began working with Att learning to train over a decade ago, and I transferred to Vivint about eight years ago and have learned all manner of smart home and security installation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with tens of thousands of customers over my decades of work from apartment building to condos all the way up to mass. I have even done commercial property like gas stations and office buildings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did a install for a family with or ring outdoor cameras with floodlights. It was a very smooth job where we replace their existing floodlights with rain or light cameras. The family is now protected and can feel secure in their home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

During the past decade, I have run into a lot of shotty installations where the customer would’ve been better served with somebody with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should think about what they want to see through their cameras and the level of security that they want to have.
