What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I typically prefer to come give estimate on total job rather than by the hour. I can give a fair and accurate estimate. Also willing to negotiate when doing multiple jobs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to communicate and come out and view job to give fair and accurate estimate. Once we agree on terms we sign contract and settle deposit if needed. We then set a date and job is completed. Payment due at completion unless larger job then may be multiple draws.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over15 years of hands-on experience and was taught by a master craftsman who built and designed ( a lot of custom woodworking)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Got started working with contractors. I always had a sense that I could start my own business like that would service people and get respect.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our customers range from new home owners to property management companies and investors as well as families looking for affordable solutions to all their home service needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Honestly I am fond of every job. I have a professional career and I do this because I love the satisfaction I get when project is complete and customer is happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is important to pick someone you trust. Also meet person or at least speak to directly. you want to know who will be in your home.

What exactly they want done, how much they can afford and when they want work done
