What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer transparent pricing on a time plus materials basis. We bill in quarter-hour increments and schedule work in 2-, 4- and 8- hour project windows (billing only for actual time worked) plus a $65 service charge. Discounts are frequently available for different types of projects on our website under "offers." Our scheduling software will send you a text or email confirming your appointment. The evening before your appointment, if he has any questions, your Craftsman will call to confirm the arrival time and go over the job details. On the day of your appointment, you will get a text message letting you know when he is on his way. Your professional Craftsman will review the estimate, the project details and the estimate with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are a locally owned small business and strive to maintain availability for most handyman-type projects within a 2-week time window. Our multi-skilled craftsmen show up on time, in uniform, work efficiently and keep their work area clean.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our professional team has many years of commercial and residential experience in various construction trades. They are background-checked and our company carries full liability and workers' comp insurance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our company is affiliated with the helpful folks at your local neighborhood ACE Hardware stores in Rocky River, Westlake, North Olmsted, Avon Lake, Independence, and North Royalton. Our craftspeople have honed their skills over many years in various construction trades, so they know how to do the job right. To back that up, we warranty our labor and any materials we purchase on your behalf for 1 year.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are based in Westlake and have worked with homeowners all over the west side of Cleveland, from Tremont, Ohio City, and Lakewood west to Avon and Amherst, as well as south to Independence, Brecksville, Brunswick and Olmsted Falls, and many cities in between. We love to help our Cleveland-area neighbors!

We work on a huge variety of home improvement and maintenance projects. Give us a call, we've probably seen it before or our team can figure it out. If the project requires specialized expertise we are happy to provide local referrals.
