What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When you call or fill out an appointment request online with Mr. Electric, we’ll confirm availability with you as soon as possible and provide updates throughout your experience, beginning to end. We’ll treat your property like it’s our own, using our own floor mats and shoe covers to keep dirt and dust off your floor. Our tool mats ensure no tool rests on a surface on your property. Plus, our service comes with a one-year workmanship guarantee and manufacturer’s parts warranty.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All Mr. Electric locations operate under a master electrician license. This means you get a service professional who will protect your property by working safely and keeping it up to code.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad was an electrician, and taught me more than enough to get started. I jumped into to flipping houses after college, and started gravitating towards the electrical trade. I still kept a full time job working in restaurants for quite some time, then working my way up in corporate America. This combination experience in the trades, coupled with a background in customer service, has led to the exciting opportunity to bring the same service mentality to the electrical field, and we look forward to serving you in your home soon!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
