Our pricing is very competitive as compared to other truly licensed contractors. Our business model is customer focused.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always offer free in person estimates. Once there we can review your needs together and we will not push for more work than is truly desired or necessary.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our license requires continuing education that is always kept up with. We are BBB Accredited and also a member of the NFIB. We are also a Bureau of Worker's Compensation certified Drug Free Workplace.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our founder began in the trade at a very young age with a family business in the early 90's.

What types of customers have you worked with?

While we are a very small business, we are incredibly diverse. We have a commercial crew that has worked on site of multi-million dollar projects, although our roots are in residential service. Our techs enjoy working with folks from all walks of life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we were able to help a young family who have a little one on the way, get power back on in their home by replacing a disconnect outside. We were able to finish this job in just a couple hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are many new contractors popping up in this time of economical bliss. We hope that one sees how long we have in business, and gives us the opportunity to show them why.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be sure and hire a truly licensed professional and don't be afraid the request a copy of their credentials. Insurance is also a must. We are glad to be able to offer both, along with the benefits of working one on one with a small business.
