What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide free estimates for future work. Our diagnostic fee is $200. Which can be applied towards a large fix above $800 that is quoted

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We happily accept all new customers. We will get general info including Name, Address, Email, and Phone number. We will then find a time that works best for our customer for their estimate and services needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our company is fully licensed as an electrical contractor in the state of Ohio. The owner started in the Electrical field just over a decade ago, and has helped out thousands of customers with timely solutions that fit in their budget.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owners brother went to a trade school specializing in the electrical field. He saw that there were great employment opportunies, and decided to follow suit two years after his older brother. He was placed with a large electrical contractor his Junior summer of high school. And continued to learn in the field, and in the classroom from there on out.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with every type of customer. We specialize in working with homeowners. But have also worked with businesses small and large.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently installed an electric vehicle (EV) charger. We did so by installing a panel in the garage, for future expansion if more vehicles are added in the future. And Installed surface mounted metal conduit to the car charger. Everything turned out perfect. This project took two guys 1 working day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the company you are working with is a Licensed electrical contractor. This will ensure that the installation is done safely, per the standards that the licensed electrician has to uphold.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When do I want this project to be performed? Are there any other projects I want them to look at and create an estimate for while here?
