What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Contact them, meet on site to discuss best course of action and give them an accurate estimate, schedule the work to be completed, show up on schedule date and time and complete work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

IEC Cincinnati apprenticeship program

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father is an electrician with 40 years of experience, he influenced me to get started.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you and the contractor are on the same page and expectations are clear, never assume anything, and ask as many questions as you can.
