My focus is quality at an affordable price. Pay less for the small mom and pop shop and get the same service as the big name brand. I’m an Army Veteran who spent 10 years in the Army. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing varies depending on location. I try to keep my cost down because I know everything is expensive right now.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I talk to any customer like I would be talking to a friend. A customer can expect a friendly conversation that would cover any questions or concerns. I would talk my way through the process of the work I would be providing and along the way I would explain any questions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an associates degree in electrical Maintenance from Triangle Tech.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I got out of the Army I had to decide what I wanted to be when I grew up to provide for my family. So I picked a trade.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with the elderly all the way to single moms.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I replaced electrical outlets with LED ones. They are basically night lights that turn on when it’s dark. It was the first time I did something like that and always love to try something new.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Shop around! There are very affordable options out there.
