What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All estimates are free. However there is a fee for troubleshooting electrical issues. Estimates and troubleshooting are separate things.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attended Orleans Tech and worked for several different companies along the way prior to getting my license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at 12 years old working with my father every summer and on weekends.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all types of customers from commercial to residential. I have retail customers, developers, general contractors, and management companies to name a few.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always hire a licensed electrician. Wiring is not a hobby and shouldn't be treated as such.
