What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have fair prices and except all major credit cards. We also have leasing programs with &1.00 Buy outs at the end of the term for projects over $1,000.00. Some exclusions apply with minimum credit rating of 600.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to evaluate their needs and give suggestions. I never try to sell anything that doesn’t make sense. I am always looking for ways to save the clients money .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Various technical schools and manufacturers certifications through the years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for my fathers company in NJ for 28 years. I started as a sock boy and then worked my way up to vi e president and decided in 2015 I wanted to move south an open my own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked for home owners, churches, colleges, small businesses, military bases, high rise buildings, hospitals, communities, court houses, and I was personally commissioned to design a CCTV system for the Pentagon when I worked for my Fathers Company. With over 30 years in the business there are really not many types of customers I haven’t worked for. The only one that comes to mind is a nuclear facility.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the coolest jobs we did was securing a private island that had no power or internet. We installed solar panels with cellular routers and solar powered photo beam that send text messages. Total custom project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they know what they are doing and that they don’t cut corners.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long in the business? Who have they worked for in the past? What is their warranty on equipment .
