What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Fair pricing for the market of work performed. We have a consultation fee for clients with existing sprinkler systems, how ever fee is waived if we agree to repair problems that customer may have with system. We give 10 percent discounts for military and seniors for most work performed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to give the client an easy, pleasant experience, by being on time when job is set and complete job when agreed...

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have 10 plus years in installation of underground sprinkler install, experience with the installation of sprinklers for large flower pots, along with grass and island irrigation. We have also worked with clients that have pumps for water supply whether underground and pond or lake water.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Mostly just love the great outdoors and fascination with beautiful landscape.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly easy going well informed clients. I also think we can be open when we share experiences.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a job in Simpsonville. Where the client had several irrigation issues which caused some difficulty but we were able to complete in a few hrs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise clients to be sure hired professional know all components of sprinkler systems. Such as wiring, operation of many different timer clocks, valves installed for systems and shut off valve operation....

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
