What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All our pricing is up front. We will never do work without permission first so there are never any surprises. We may ask extra questions to clarify certain things so we can quote accurately. It is always better to see larger projects in person before quoting. This will ensure a more accurate estimate. Our service call fee is $45.00 to come out for something that can't be done over the phone or via message and will be waived if hired to do the work. Free Estimates on large projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we like to start off with a quick 5 minute phone call to hear more information about your project and gain additional insights into what you are needing help with. From there we can schedule the next steps!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been through school and apprenticeship program through previous employers and I am now licensed through the State of Tennessee.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our owner, Jordan Berry started construction right out of high school as he loved watching construction growing up. His grandpa used to give him boards, nails, and a hammer when he was really little. That would keep him occupied for hours at a time. Jordan didn't initially intended to start working in the electrical field directly, but had a good friend and mentor who was a master electrician and one day asked Jordan to help out. That was nearly 12 years ago and he hasn't stopped since! He passed the masters exam at the end of spring in 2017 and obtained his license. After that Jordan decided that it was time to start his business and has been focused on providing the Nashville area with the highest quality electrical services ever since!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a professional, pay attention to whether or not they seem interested in what your needs and wants are. Professional advice is always great to have but not at the cost of being ignored in what you are wanting or needing. Professionalism goes beyond knowing how to do a job and seeks to meet the expectations of the customer. Of course it goes without saying that a good professional will also have the right certifications and be insured.
