What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are fair , everything will be transparent, no hidden fees, if for some reason I have to raise the price because we run into a problem. I will communicate and explain so customers have understanding of the situation and why the price was raised.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Schedule a time to go over scope of work. Place a bid on scope of worth with a timeline and labor breakdown. If I get the job I move forward and begin the job we agreed on and complete in the time we discussed.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A complete gut job . All new everything . From new framing, hvac , electrical,plumbing, to flooring , drywall , countertops, , also a brand new deck and concrete driveway , this all took my crew and I about 3 months to complete everything . Most of my jobs aren’t complete gut jobs so they tend to be a lot faster than 3 months. Sometimes just a couple days, sometimes a few weeks. Sometimes half a day.
