We specialize in power outages, troubleshooting, whole home generators, whole home surge protection, flip houses, recess and custom lighting along with plumbing services. We take the time to make sure the job is done safely and up to code. But most importantly our main concern is customer satisfaction, exceptional work and competitive pricing. Get Lit Electrical & Plumbing provides free estimates (no dispatch fee). If troubleshooting is required a diagnostic fee will be quoted onsite.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Get LIt Electrical & Plumbing does not charge a dispatch fee. Estimates are free. If troubleshoot/diagnostic is required, a fee will be quoted based on the level required. Ask us about our senior citizen, military and HERO's discounts!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have multiple technicians, therefore, we work diligently to schedule a time that is convenient for our customers. We have a shorter arrival window than most, as your time is just as important to us as ours is. Upon arrival, we will discuss any concerns or wishes that you may have. We will then offer a free electrical inspection and assess the project at hand. Upon completion, we will explain the work that needs to be done along with providing an estimate. For smaller jobs, we are typically able to complete the work at that time, if approved. For larger jobs, we schedule a date and time that is convenient for our customers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Owner/Operator : Vocational School, Tech School and approximately 20 years in the electrical field. Technicians: Most are journeyman or master's. We provide training throughout the year along with one-on-one's with each employee.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Owner: High School Vocational School. I always had a strong interest in electrical work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and Commercial Properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Lighting jobs are always fun! Lighting can change the esthetics of any space.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ASK FOR A LICENSE!!!!! Also, ask your electrician if they are insured. You deserve a licensed and insured electrician!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do not be afraid to ask questions, even if you believe your question is silly, I assure you it is not. We are professionals, and we take the time to explain in detail the process from start to finish.
