What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Some of my competitors are more expensive, but my prices are pretty reasonable and our turnaround time is really fast. Same day we are at the job side to evaluate. We will take the time to make sure you're 100% happy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our first priority is to evaluate by being at the job side in same day, but if some photos are enough to figure out what is issue, we can give an estimate by texting. if we have a deal, we stop by the address you provide asap.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are two brothers who are managing our company. One of us has Electrical and Electronic Engineer bachelor degree and the other one has Mechanical Engineer bachelor degree.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are in love our own professions, so we like to fix, remodel and install things. We already were working as soon as we graduated university, but after we got a couple of contractor job (remodeling) from our friends and relatives, we established the company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have been working any type of customers who know what they need and how to communicate.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our recent projects was very complicated and needs to be tried many things to figure out. There were a outlet, a led light in different rooms that were gone at the same time weirdly. Brakers in the elec panel looked ok when we checked, but we made brainstorm like 15 min and figure it out like a puzzle. It was tiring but we enjoy it. It is our pleasure

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would give the advice that is to make sure about knowledge and experience. Some things are getting update as time by goes, so we need to keep ourselves fresh and updated.
