What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am 200 the first hour and 150 every hour after that. Sounds expensive? It’s not… I own a company and am a licensed bonded and insured you get to have the owner of a newer company come work on your property. That means there is no miscommunication no hidden fees or slow employees just trying to get a paycheck. I take pride in what I do and how I do it. This is more about the relationship and potential referral then the money I’m making now.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been an electrician for eight years. I have a residential journeyman license of passed the Washington state administrators test have a vast knowledge in residential wiring systems. I also am HVAC certified have my EPA card and Have installed repaired and maintained ductless systems during this eight years

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for a big electrical company eight years ago started taking classes then once I had enough hours, I studied and passed all tests

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with all types of customers, homeowners business owners, investors I understand that not everyone everyone’s in the same place financially electrical work can be expensive. I do my best to come up with cost-effective solutions that work for anybody’s budget.

Install installed 60 ductless heat pumps for an apartment complex completing six installs every day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My only advice is to go with your gut. Make sure that they have a valid electrical license not all contractors are bad, but there are a lot of bad contractors.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know what your budget is know what you must have are know what your timeline is projects can get very expensive very fast. Sometimes you have an idea of what you want, but the budget won’t allow it. There are ways the get your must have if you’re willing to sacrifice the other things
