How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been serving the community with HVAC services since 2008. My Father and I recognized there were too many companies (ones he worked for and had to quit) that were overcharging and scamming customers. Our community deserves a company like ours. We offer affordable, unmatched quality, integrity based-World Class Services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently World Class Services was contacted regarding a home emergency. Mrs. Kelsey's furnace had went out and there was no more heat coming out. Knowing the night would be another chilly one here in Washington, she hoped someone could prevent her and her family from freezing in the coming night. We responded immediately and before we hung up the phone, we had a technician on the way! Within the hour, her furnace was working and her family could be warm again. Luckily this was an easy fix. Promptness, affordability, and high quality is what you can expect from World Class Services.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you're looking for a provider make sure you ask about ALL of their fees. Most companies will charge you an estimate fee, diagnostic fee, a trip charge, and a confusing time and material rate. They do this on purpose to confuse you! Our pricing is simple, we don't do that! Flat rate pricing, no trip fees and free diagnostics when you choose us for the repair. Its that simple!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask your potential providers if they charge a trip charge, diagnostic fee, and a time and material rate? Do they offer special financing? Does their financing let them do more than just HVAC work? Are they Family Owned and Operated? Are they Veteran Owned and Operated? Surprise! World Class Services offers everything you would want in a service provider. That's why my father and I created this Company and we would be honored to earn your trust.
