What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

“If you think hiring a good electrician is expensive… wait until you hire a bad one!” We’re not the cheapest in town but focus on quality, reliability and safety!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We charge a $59 service fee to secure the appt once we’ve performed a full diagnostic, we provide our clients with a minimum of 3 options to either repair, replace or upgrade their system as necessary. Upon choosing an option we will usually complete the work same day or next day!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a journeyman level electrician with my state certification and 19years of experience!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I joined the union when I was 18yrs old because the trade seemed interesting to me and I’ve always had a knack for wiring and understanding things that involved electrical!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners, business owners, property managers, real estate agents etc!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We finished a whole home complete redevice of our customers lights, switches, and plugs that were all from the 1980’s. Project turned out great and customer was extremely happy with the new led bulbless lights with dimmers we added for her!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire the contractor you are most comfortable with. Ask questions about their experience. Ask them for multiple options, most contractors try to give you one option for completing. Project and it’s usually the way that’s cheapest for them and not always the best for your home!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should consult with professionals all the way through the process. A true professional will be able to add value to the customers decision making abilities and provide valuable insight about budgeting, scope of work, timing, service interruptions, aesthetics, functionality and serviceability.
