Our technicians are all licensed, insured, background checked and drug tested. We offer 24/7 service to get a trained professional to you day and night. There is a service fee to get the tech out for $99.95 and any addition work is extra which are techs will let you know before they start.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do have a Travel fee that is $99.95, once our techs evaluate the work you are provide with a straight forward price down to the penny. When you approve of the work they can begin the work typically that day.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

With are new customers we like to explain as much as we can to let them know what they will be expecting on their first appointment. Make sure they feel they are in good hands and safe with are techs being drug tested and background tested. Then keeping them aware we do have a Travel Fee that's $99.95 even if it just a estimate, BUT if you go with the job later on all you will be paying is the job and not another travel fee.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All our technicians are all licensed, insured, background checked and drug tested.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The original founder, Roman Rose was only 23 years old when he started his business as contractor and braved the difficult economic climate during the ‘30s (Great depression). He expanded his business along with his wife and began to sell electrical appliances, and Roman Electric was formed. Roman’s sons also joined the company, securing its origins as a tight family-owned and operated business. To this day, Roman Electric has been serving Wisconsin with utmost dedication and professionalism. We quite literally have a rich history of innovation, growth and top-notch service!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Roman has worked with many customers who are deaf, seniors, landlords/home owners, even business worker who are getting estimates for their clients, and many more. We welcome everyone who is need of work!
