Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Once we evaluate the work needed and a proper safety check is complete we will give an up front price. We believe in transparency, therefore we cannot give a quote without seeing the job in person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

This is the order of a service call we focus on. 1. Safety Check: First, we make sure everything is safe. Your family’s safety is our top priority. We check for any safety concerns or hazards. If there is anything of note we will bring them to your attention. 2. Building Options: Next, we talk to the client about what they want. We come up with different ideas and options for the job. This helps the client choose what's best for them. 3. Completing Work: Once we agree on the plan, we start the work. We do the job carefully and make sure it's done right. We use only top quality materials and focus on quality control. 4. Cleaning Up: After the work is finished, we clean up the area. We want it to look nice and tidy. Cleaning up is part of doing a good job. We want any area we work in to look better than when we arrived. So, safety first, then planning, then the work, and finally, we leave everything clean and nice. That's how we work with new clients!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I bring over a decade of hands-on experience in the residential electrical service industry. During this time, I've had the privilege of running and establishing the most prominent residential electrical company in our region. This experience allowed me to deeply understand the nuances of providing top-quality electrical services to homeowners. Furthermore, I've successfully launched my own company, driven by a commitment to excellence and a desire to provide even more tailored services to our clients. As part of my journey, I've had the opportunity to recruit and train over 100 technicians. This investment in people reflects my dedication to maintaining high standards and ensuring that our team is not just skilled but also aligns with our values of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. When you choose my company, you're not just benefiting from my extensive experience, but also from a team that I've personally trained and cultivated to deliver the best in residential electrical services. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When picking an electrical contractor, think about these things: 1. Ask Questions: Ask them lots of questions about their work, and how it will be beneficial for your home. 2. Look for Reviews: Read what other people say about the contractor. Good reviews mean they do good work. 3. Estimates: Ask for multiple options in your estimates from the contractor. 4. Pricing: Flat rate pricing is best. Always get a quote upfront in writing. How long the job takes shouldn’t matter. Quality comes first. 5. Meet in Person: Meet the contractor in person. See if you feel comfortable with them. Trust your feelings. 6. Timeline: Ask how long the job will take. Make sure it fits your schedule. 7. Clean-Up: Ask if they will clean up after the job, and if furniture needs to be covered. The work area should be cleaner than it was found.
