At Perfect Star, we believe in upfront, honest pricing with no hidden fees. We offer competitive rates for top-quality service and provide detailed estimates before any work begins. Seasonal specials, rebates, and promotions are available. We also offer flexible financing options to help make larger projects more manageable. Perfect Star Gives Back! Each month we donated $10 from EVERY Tune-Up we perform, to one of our amazing non-profit partners. In June, July, and August we will donate $10 from each tune-up to Semper Fi & America's Fund. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by listening. Whether you call or schedule online, our friendly team will gather details about your needs and find a convenient time for one of our expert technicians to visit. During the visit, we assess the system, explain your options in simple terms, and offer solutions tailored to your home and budget. From there, we schedule the work at your convenience and stay in touch every step of the way. Our customer service team is made up of local stars from the East Bay area. When you book with us, you'll receive text and email confirmations, as well as updates on your technicians arrival time. In addition, you'll receive a photo of our technician ahead of time, so you can put a friendly face to a name when they arrive.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians are fully certified, licensed, and EPA-compliant professionals. Perfect Star is PROUD to be both Diamond Certified and Pearl Certified. We meet the rigorous standards set by these independent entities, so you can hire our team, knowing that they are the best in the industry. We provide ongoing education programs in-house to stay current with the latest in HVAC, electrical, and solar technology. Perfect Star also supports apprenticeship programs and in-house training to ensure consistent excellence across our team.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Perfect Star began with a simple mission: to provide exceptional service and reliable comfort to homes and businesses in our community. Our founder, Chris Donzelli, had decades of experience in the HVAC trade and wanted to create a company rooted in professionalism, respect, integrity, kindness, and hometown pride. These core values still guide us today.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve proudly served a wide range of customers across the East Bay — from homeowners in Brentwood to seniors in Walnut Creek retirement communities. Whether it’s a single system tune-up or a full HVAC and electrical upgrade, we tailor our service to each customer’s unique needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Feel the Love! Perfect Star is proud to be a Dealership partner with Lennox Air each year as a part of their Feel the Love initiative. In 2024 Perfect Star installed a FREE system for H.O.P.E. House, an East Bay nonprofit that provides food to our most vulnerable community members. Each year we accept nominations for this program and each year we are blessed to be able to provide a brand new system to the recipients, completely free of charge. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework. Look for licensed, insured professionals with great reviews and transparent pricing. Don’t be afraid to ask questions—your comfort and safety are too important to rush. And always choose a team that makes you feel heard and respected from the first call.
