Introduction

Hello, my name is Joshua Richards, I am an independent residential electrician with junk removal capabilities. Electrical: I have 10 years of electrical experience. I am looking to expand and build a customer base all over the south bay area. I enjoy upgrading peoples homes to their liking by installing new fixtures and even taking out junk that’s been sitting at their homes. I have no service fee and I prefer talking to you in person so I can show you many different ways to help. I am also willing to walk you through on the phone to trouble shoot so you can save time and money. I keep my work area clean and leave the job the way we arrive. I prioritize a good customer experience and leave you smiling. Junk removal/moving services: Prices are set to a minimum within 50 miles to the location and drive back to the dump. $50 is only a minimum. My prices are below average. Please call me to negotiate. . My pricing is easy, I only ask that you give me 15 minutes of your time. Thank you for supporting!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We love to provide the best possible service to all customers no matter the size of their project. We do have a $139 service call fee to send out a technician, once on site they will do a diagnostic and give you a couple options to fix the issue.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
All of our Electricians are licensed or working under a licensed Journeyman as an apprentice.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I grew up with an older brother and uncle who were electricians. So, I have been doing it since a young age, but did not think that I would do it as a career. I attended San Jose State University majoring in Computer Engineering, but after having my daughter I needed to support my family. Since then I have been fully committed and love what I do!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with customers all over the Bay Area doing many different projects. We do enjoy working through general contractors on larger projects, but it is hard to beat seeing the difference you make when working directly for the home owner.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
After many years, you see a lot of scary things. The best piece of advice is to hire someone that is a professional.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1.) What do you need done? 2.) What is important to you? 3.) When do you want the project done?
