What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to go over the project briefly on the phone then follow up in person where the work will be taking place, so as to get a plan and accurate quote.

When planning electrical projects, it is a good idea to have a budget in mind, and to consider what kind of additional work may need to be done in order to complete it. For example, adding an outlet in an upstairs room with attic access may be able to be completed without opening up drywall, versus a downstairs family room without it.
