What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Virtual estimates are free and quotes are typically good for two weeks. With the drastic fluctuation and shortage of materials we can only give that small window of two weeks unfortunately.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, we request an overview of the work that is needed. We will need pictures of rooms and areas that the work will be done in; this helps limit unnecessary exposure to both our workers and our clients during this pandemic.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Master Electrician, HAZMAT Certified, Confined Space Entry and Rescue, Substation Maintenance 1 & 2, Commercial and Industrial Safety Certified, ARC Flash, and NEC 2023

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The majority of our employees are veterans and have military experience doing a wide range of electrical surveys and installations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have several vendor contracts, but I enjoy working with homeowners the most. To bring someone’s vision to fruition is extremely rewarding.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The last job I thoroughly enjoyed was a garage rewire. Previous owner had ran electrical wires on the outside of the drywall, it was a nightmare. We had to start from scratch and clean everything up. I loved the before and after of this 2 day project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Shop around! Don't let someone tell you they can't give you a ballpark figure of your project. Some people like to charge you a service call fee and tell you they cannot quote you anything over the phone. Don't let someone waste your time with a service call fee and ridiculous quote.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the competition licensed and insured? We stand behind our work and guarantee it.
