Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
At Good Light Electric LLC, we believe in honest, straightforward pricing. We always provide upfront costs before any work begins—no surprises, hidden fees, or last-minute add-ons. Our goal is to give you a clear understanding of the investment involved so you can make confident decisions. Quality work, fair pricing, and transparency are what we stand by.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
At Good Light Electric LLC, we pride ourselves on being a same-day service company. When a new customer reaches out, our first priority is getting to the job as quickly as possible—often the same day. Once on site, we take the time to walk you through your electrical system, answer any questions, and educate you on what’s going on. From there, we provide clear options and get to work resolving your electrical needs efficiently and safely. We’re here to make sure you feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’ve completed four years of trade school and hold a Master Electrician License in the state of Colorado. I also have over 13 years of hands-on experience in the electrical field. In addition to that, I hold an Electrical Contractor License, a Pikes Peak Regional Building Contractor License, and an OSHA 10 certification. I’m also certified in CAD welding and continue to stay up to date with the latest codes and industry standards. At Good Light Electric LLC, we bring not only experience but a deep commitment to safe, code-compliant, and high-quality work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was introduced to the electrical trade at a young age—my older brother had been in the field for years, and it really inspired me. I got my start with Arens Electric out of Lakewood, working on high-rise buildings in downtown Denver. From there, I moved into high-end residential projects in areas like Cherry Hills, Solterra, Sloan’s Lake, The Polo Club, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs. I also spent 3.5 years at Miller Coors in Golden, where I specialized in installing and maintaining high-voltage systems, instrumentation, and controls. That experience gave me a solid foundation in both Residential and Commerical work. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep respect for the trade and a passion for delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality service to every customer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
At Good Light Electric LLC, we’ve had the pleasure of working with all kinds of clients—from professional athletes, lawyers, and doctors to hardworking families and everyday homeowners. No matter your background or budget, we treat every customer with the same level of respect, honesty, and dedication. Whether it’s a simple repair or a large project, we’re here to make sure your electrical needs are met with quality service and clear communication.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One recent project I really enjoyed was installing a Tesla charger for a homeowner. The job took just a few hours from start to finish. We ensured the installation was clean, code-compliant, and optimized for safe, fast charging. The finished product looked great, and the customer was thrilled to have a reliable setup ready for their EV. It’s always rewarding to help people upgrade their homes with modern, energy-efficient solutions.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Always make sure the electrician you hire is fully licensed and insured—it’s not just about getting the job done, it’s about doing it safely and up to code. Also, make sure you feel comfortable with the person you're hiring. A good working relationship goes a long way. At Good Light Electric LLC, we treat your home like it’s our own and are committed to delivering 5-star service every time. Your safety, satisfaction, and peace of mind are our top priorities.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
It’s helpful to have a realistic budget in mind before reaching out. Electrical work is a skilled trade—similar to hiring a doctor or specialist—so it’s important to value the safety, expertise, and quality that come with professional service. You should also consider your desired time frame for the project. Knowing when you'd like the work completed helps us plan and prioritize accordingly. The more details you can provide up front, the smoother and more efficient the process will be.
