My rate is $150 for the first hour, which includes the travel fee. After the first hour, the rate is $125 per hour, plus the cost of materials as needed. Please note that prices may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typical Process: 1. Initial Contact – Customer reaches out to discuss their needs. 2. Estimate & Scheduling – I provide a rough estimate and schedule a time for the job. 3. On-Site Assessment – I arrive, review the work, confirm pricing, and begin the job. 4. Work Completion – The job is completed efficiently and to code. 5. Final Walkthrough & Payment – I review the work with the customer, answer questions, and collect payment.
