Q&A

unfold fold
We ONLY charge hourly for troubleshooting. Everything else is by the task so there is no question on pricing. We always give a worst case scenario on price and rarely ever go over.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We arrange a meeting, discuss options both for the work to be done, and payment/ invoicing. We agree to all terms and discuss our general background.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
18 years experience, master license. Went to trade school and have tens of thousands of hours in field experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My father was an electrician before he retired. He taught me everything I know

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types! Financially comfortable or strapped, we can accommodate all!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We completed an adult arcade, running conduit to receptacles, making drop whips, chandeliers, and security cameras. Total actual working time was 5 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Always ask for experience and possible licenses. Even though PA has no licensing, you can still possess a license out of state. Too many handymen making electrical connections.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Exact desires, whether planned or not. Any specs needed for any equipment, and timing! We want to go home at the end of the day just like you, so please be considerate of our work hours!
